Global eMarkets IP Pty. Ltd. ACN 655 933 609 (“The Company” “Global eMarkets”) is an Australian based company incorporated in Dec. 2021 and owns all the intellectual property of the Alpha eMarket, the worlds first multi-purpose auction/classified/business directory e-commerce style platform.

The Alpha eMarket provides marketing and payment solutions to Businesses and Individuals who seek to fast-track the sale and purchase of products, services, vehicles, watercraft and property.

The company has entered into a licence agreement with Alpha Management to market, promote and operate the Alpha eMarket through out Australia and promote the sale of White Label Licences.

Revenue is primarily generated from:
● 5% of the Alpha eMarket Subscription Fees to Company Operating Costs
● 30% of the Alpha eMarket Subscription Fees to Shareholders Royalty Pool
● 5% of the Alpha ePay Transaction Fees to Company Operating Cost
● Royalties from the sale of Alpha eMarket White Label Licences to Company Operating Costs

Year Three: Each individual generates an average of $11.00 per month in income for the Company by making $200.00 in purchases and the businesses paying on average 7.5% in transaction fees.
