As previously mentioned the highest responsibility of Alpha Management is the prudent and collateralised extension of interest free Alpha dollar credit.
Alpha Management does not extend Alpha dollar credit those who have positive Alpha ePay dollar account balances do.
Alpha ePay subscribers extend Alpha Management the power and right to regulate the the extension of Alpha dollar credit on their collective behalf as per the terms and conditions of the Alpha ePay User Agreement.
Alpha Managements policy is to be transparent in the operation and management of the Alpha Communities Alpha dollar money supply.
To meet this end Alpha Management will provide Alpha ePay subscribers with access to a "Statement of Position Report" displaying the Assets and Liabilities of the Alpha Community inclusive of but not limited to the following information.
Assets
Total Subscriber account negative balances
Total Alpha silver dollar credit lines
Total Alpha gold dollar loans
House Accounts with negative balances
Liabilities
Total Subscriber account positive balances
House Accounts with positive balances
Bad Debt Reserve Fund Account Balance
The first Statement of Position Report will be provided after the end of the 2024 financial year and then after the end of each other year.
