The Alpha Group Advisory Board consists of shareholders of Alpha Global, Global eMarkets and Alpha Management and other parties. The primary role of the board is to set company direction. Those members of the advisory board whose entities hold shares in any of the companies do so on the understanding that they will not be remunerated for attending the monthly online board meetings until advised by the compensation committee.
The Compensation Committee consists of two members of the Advisory Board and the Chief Financial Officer.
The Audit, Risk & Compliance Committee consists of three members of the Advisory Board.
An Oversight Committee has been established to ensure company policy with regard to the use of funds, company direction and operational implementation is adhered to. This committee consists of a member of the Advisory Board, the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee, and the Chief Financial Officer.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the operation of Alpha Management, Alpha ePay and the Alpha eMarket.
A Members Advisory Committee has also been established and consists of three members of the Alpha Community. The primary role of the committee is to arbitrate decisions made by Alpha Management to terminate members participation in the Alpha Community for any alleged breach of agreement.
