Holding a Master of Laws degree in International Banking, Nicholas’s role includes overall responsibility of compliance on legal aspects relating to the company and the program.

Greg is a director of Grand Capital Finance Group a private company that has been in the financial services industry for around 22 years.

Previously to that Greg joined the alternative currency industry in 1991 and co-founded Sydney Trade Exchange. He also was a founding member of the Australian Reciprocal Trade Association.
