Market Approach
The market approach to build the Alpha eMarket and Alpha ePay subscriber bases is the responsibility of Alpha Group Management Pty Ltd ("Alpha Management")
Alpha Managements initial focus is to target Queensland businesses who currently promote their offerings for sale on daily deal discounting style platforms. There is around six hundred of these type of businesses already listed on the Alpha eMarkets with a Commercial Standard Plan.
These business can achieve the greatest benefits by marketing their offerings on the Alpha eMarkets by accepting the percentage they already discount in alternative currency such as Alpha silver dollars, or Qoin and any difference in AUD.
The primary goal is to focus on joining businesses, who will intern focus on introducing their customers by incentivising them to join the Alpha eMarket and Alpha ePay by gifting them with a As$100 Alpha Shopping Voucher.
Freemium Model
The freemium model will be used to incentivise businesses to subscribe to use the Alpha eMarkets to promote their businesses and the methods of payment they will accept for their offerings.
Prospective business will be directed to an Alpha eMarket landing page which will enable them to join the Alpha eMarket for free by subscribing to the Alpha eMarket Commercial Standard Plan.
The businesses Alpha eMarket Commercial Standard Plan home page will display videos and content that will convey the benefits to the business of upgrading their subscription plan to the Alpha eMarket Commercial Premium Plan which has a subscription fee of $147.00 per month.
If the business still has not subscribed after a two week period they will be offered a free two month trail code to subscribe to the Commercial Premium Plan.
