To drive economic prosperity through triality currency core banking, interest free financing, customer loyalty reward and multi payment method e-commerce style solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

Primary Role of Alpha Management is to:
1) Promote participation in the Alpha eMarket, Alpha ePay and the Alpha Program to businesses, individuals and not for profits domiciled in Australia through partnered marketing companies and its affiliates.

2) Manage the Alpha eMarket, Alpha ePay and the Alpha Program.

3) Organise monthly social events for members. (The more often members meet the more business they will facilitate with each other and therefore the more transaction fees they will generate).

4) Promote the sale of white labeled licences for the Alpha eMarket and Alpha ePay.

Primary Responsibility of Alpha Management is prudent and collateralised extension of Alpha dollar interest free credit on behalf of Alpha ePay Members.

Membership Growth

The growth of the Alpha eMarket and Alpha ePay membership base will be primarily be driven by Alpha Management.

The Company generates revenue primarily from:
● 54% Alpha eMarket Subscription Fees to Company Operating Costs
● 54% Alpha ePay Transaction Fees to Company Operating Costs
● 10% of the Alpha eMarket Subscription Fees to Shareholders Royalty Pool
● 10% of the Alpha ePay Transaction Fees to Shareholders Royalty Pool
● Commission on Licence Fees generated from the sale of Alpha eMarket and Alpha ePay White Label Licences to Company Operating Costs

Year Two: Each individual generates an average of $13.00 per month in income for the Company by making $200.00 in purchases and the businesses paying on average 7.5% in transaction fees.
Year Three: Each individual generates an average of $11.00 per month in income for the Company by making $200.00 in purchases and the businesses paying on average 7.5% in transaction fees.
