Alpha Global IP Pty. Ltd. (“The Company” “Alpha Global”) is an Australian based company incorporated in 2006 and owns all the intellectual property of Alpha ePay an evolving core banking triality currency style solution, and the Alpha Program, the world’s only known dollar-based Customer Loyalty Rewards and Interest Free Finance Program.

Alpha ePay provides administration, recordkeeping and interest free financing services to members of Alpha ePay and the Alpha eMarket.

The company has entered into a licence agreement with Alpha Management to market, promote and operate Alpha ePay through out Australia and promote the sale of White Label Licences.

● 5% of the Alpha ePay Transaction Fees to Company Operating Costs
● 10% of the Alpha ePay Transaction Fees to Shareholders Royalty Pool
● Royalties from the sale of Alpha ePay White Label Licences to Company Operating Costs

Year Three: Each individual generates an average of $11.00 per month in income for the Company by making $200.00 in purchases and the businesses paying on average 7.5% in transaction fees.
