Alpha ePay

Commercial Accounts

Overview

When a business logs into Alpha ePay they have access to their Alpha ePay Personal Account/s and their Commercial Account/s.

Alpha ePay Commercial Accounts consist of four types of accounts.
● The AUD Account is used to deposit funds via the use of a credit or debit card. These funds are held in the account so when transactions are facilitated that incur fees they can be deducted from this account. This account is also used to deposit income from shares where applicable or Transaction Fee Rewards if the member has an ABN.

● The Gold Account is used too record transactions where payment was received or paid on a 100% gold dollar payment basis.

● The Reward Account is used to record Alpha reward dollars purchased with Alpha silver dollars or by a AUD -Based payment method. When Alpha silver dollars are earned from making sales there are taxable consequences as they are regarded as income by the ATO. When they are used to purchase Alpha reward dollars the purchase may be claimed as a tax deduction.

● The Silver Account is used too record Referral and Purchase Rewards and transactions where payment was received or paid on a 0-100% silver dollar payment basis and any shortfall percentage is paid in  AUD.

Reduced Marketing Costs

Alpha ePay transaction fees are performance based and are up to 70% lower than the marketing costs of other models such as eBay/PayPal, Amazon/Amazon pay, Alibaba/Alipay, UberEats and Groupon etc.

After businesses join Alpha ePay they are shown how to generate the Alpha silver dollars that may use as an added value reward at ZERO AUD outlay cost.

Fee Structure

Account Establishment Fee: Free

Transaction Fees:
As displayed are reduced based on the number of referrals who join the Alpha eMarkets and Alpha ePay as a result of the business using Alpha Shopping Vouchers or their Referral Link or Referral Code as a method to track their referral efforts.

Transaction fees are only charged on sales to "new customers" of the business and range between 3.5% and 10.50%. "New customers" means customers that did not join the Alpha eMarket or Alpha ePay as a result of the business Personal referral efforts. This policy rewards those who assist in building both membership bases.

● Other alternative currency conversions to Alpha reward dollars will incur a 5%-10% AUD fee dependent on the spend ability of the alternative currency exchanged
● Transaction fees on Silver Account sales are charged at 5.5% AUD on the total sale amount. This lowers the transaction cost for businesses to earn the Alpha silver dollars which in most cases will be used to purchase Alpha reward dollars. Lower fees encourages business to sell their offerings accepting Alpha silver dollar towards payment providing consumers with Alpha silver dollars received as a reward more places to spend them.
● A Community Support Levy of 5% is payable in Alpha silver dollars (plus GST payable in AUD) on all Silver Account sales made to all those who joined as a result of the businesses Personal referral efforts. The Referral Rewards and Transaction Fee Rewards generated by the businesses should be more than enough to fund this levy.

This levy is used to offset the Registration and Referral Rewards paid to members to incentive them to join and refer family, friends, customers and others to also join and also assist not for profits become more financially viable.
